I am writing about a colleague who turned out to be a really good friend of mine these days. She has come up with a lot of feedback on pattern of behavior and introspection has revealed it to be true.
There are not many who dare to give me feedback, they say 'your are scary'. Honestly, I'm more open to feedback and also the type who'd experiment with the one. Off - late there has been many a conversations and lot of insights shared, but it has started to prove confusing.
The confusion however, is not 'What / Who I am ?', but what she is ? Alright, I have a pattern of behavior that is not correct or has room for improvement, that's picture perfect what if she does not have a pattern for behavior at all ? She seems to be new person to understand everyday !
Wish I can really get to understand ! Coz that'd make things lot more easy !
